ESET - Removing Software from a Windows computer


Removing ESET from Windows System

Note, the business application will have the ESET Antivirus product and a ESET Agent to be removed, when removing the Agent item it will prompt for a password. the support technician will supply you this password to allow removal of the ESET Agent.
Select ESET Antivirus product to remove, if this is a business product there will be a ESET Agent and the Antivirus product to be removed.
Follow Prompts
If you get an error like this item, you need to un-install the software using administrative privilages. (skip to next screenshot to continue)

Application removed
You need to restart the computer afterwards, then you can install the newer version of ESET antivirus.
